Ricardo Casas - CEO / Founder
Ricardo guides Fahrenheit in its strategic partnerships, business development opportunities, and overall team management. Over the last 12 years, he gleaned his marketing expertise through the various marketing arenas including graphic design, account management, account direction, and as marketing director for a large agency before founding his own venture, Fahrenheit Marketing. Ricardo attended the School of Business and International Relations (FURB) in Blumenau, and later acquired a bachelor degree in Graphic Design and Marketing from Texas State University.
Kelly May - Account Director
Kelly brings exceptional business development, sales, and account management skills to the Fahrenheit team. He has worked for enterprise companies such as AT&T and Infinity Insurance Solutions. In addition to customer relations and care, Kelly provides data analysis and forecasting and is also in charge of case study management, seeking to maximize client’s ROI in every campaign. He graduated from Texas State University with a degree in Mass Communication.
Brian Yom - Creative Director
Brian is well-versed in creating brand identity elements, websites, microsites, banner ads, and print collateral for nationally-renown clients and has done design work for Samsung, Chevrolet, Michelin, and Southwest Airlines accounts. He has five years of agency experience at Campbell-Ewald, GSD&M Idea City, and T3 and earned a bachelor degree in Advertising from the University of Texas at Austin.
Will Gallahue - SEO Strategist
Will has been working in online marketing for nearly 10 years starting with website design before transitioning to search engine optimization. He specializes in optimizing sites through meticulous industry research and innovative on and off site improvements. He has worked with sites in some of the most competitive search markets and, under his leadership, clients often see impressive gains within weeks of project launch, with some clients seeing 50 to 90 percent gains in search volume during their first month. Will attended the University of Texas and stays active in the Austin SEO and online marketing community.
Brendan Bailey - PPC Specialist
Brendan will be graduating in May from University of Texas at Austin with an Advertising degree with a foundation in Business. In his spare time, he enjoys Austin’s rock and blues music scene, photography and playing the drums.
Natalie San Luis - Copy Writer
As a second-year student at the University of Texas, Natalie is currently pursuing a bachelor degree in Plan II Honors, English Honors, and Women’s and Gender Studies. In 2011, she was recognized as a Distinguished College Scholar in the College of Liberal Arts. Her research interests include new forms of digital communication, memoirs, and gender norms. In her free time, she writes the food blog TheFirstKitchen.com and serves on the Texas Feminists executive board.
