Step #1: Research & Analysis

During the research and analysis stage, we perform the following activities:

  • Meet with and interview clients to discover user and business needs
  • Research industry competitor websites
  • Review historical analytics data (visitors, traffic sources, content engagement, user pathways, ROI conversion)
  • Review historical data from pay-per-click, contextual advertising, organic SEO and social media campaigns

Step #2: Design Framework & Concepting

Deliverables during this phase might include:

  • High level navigation framework
  • High level site maps and user flows
  • Concept prototyping (pen & paper sketches or low fidelity wireframes)
  • Brainstorm color palette and look-and-feel
  • Design comps of representative homepage and interior page templates

Step #3: Deployment & Implementation

  • Ongoing Split A/B and multivariate testing with variations in graphics, text, color and formatting.
  • Optimize navigation, content, graphics and user interface to achieve higher conversion rates based on test results
