FAQ How do I update my payment method for Offline Order Importer?

*Important note: only Store Owners can change payment settings.

  1. Log in to your BigCommerce admin dashboard. 
  2. Navigate to the “Apps” section. 
  3. Under the “Apps” submenu, locate and select “Offline Order Importer by Fahrenheit Marketing.” 
  4. Upon selection, you will be automatically authenticated and directed to the application. 
  5. In the top right corner, click on your email address. 
  6. You will be redirected to the Payments Page. 
  7. To update your payment method, simply click on “Change Payment.” 
  8. A popup window will appear, prompting you to enter your new payment method details. Follow the instructions provided in the popup to update your payment information.
