About a month and half ago we wrote that sites are never finished, and just one month later, we rolled out a complete redesign of our site. The new look was built on the idea of shifting the focus of the site to our core services and making it easier for users to navigate.
Over the coming weeks and months we will continue to improve the site through user feedback, analytics data and A/B testing and we look forward to seeing how well this version of the site performs. Our continuous redesign process highlights two important elements that we stress to clients and prospects:
1) A click is not a client
2) A site should never be set in stone because minor changes like messaging, content and colors can significantly increase conversion and engagement.
